One of the most common problems we see is that when a technician comes to your home, he quickly identifies what he thinks the problem is, installs a part or makes an adjustment then gives you a bill and leaves. Next thing you know your having another problem, seems like the same problem to you but the technician assures you that it is a completely different problem and you will need to pay him again. At Certified Climate Control we perform a system diagnostic not a symptom diagnostic. Here is an example of the difference, you come home to find your house is hot, you call the a/c repair guy and he comes out and finds a breaker has been tripped off, he resets it, collects his money and leaves.
Everything seems ok until later that day and it trips again, causing another call and another bill. That is what you get from symptom diagnostics. With system diagnostics the situation is the same except this time the technician resets the breaker and then goes over the entire system from top to bottom to find out why the breaker shut off and repairs the issue that caused it.
