I met Greg when I called you to see it if was feasible to replace my A/C. He did a comprehensive evaluation of my whole system and recommended enlarging the duct work. He contacted my warranty company about replacing the outside coil but they said it was not covered. So Greg is the reason that CCC did the ductwork instead of the company that handles my warranty company’s work. Also wanted to thank you for sending Jason to do the duct replacement and the other service he provided. He is most efficient and neat and I recommend him highly. You have a very professional business and I will recommend you to others.

The installers worked quickly and efficiently under difficult conditions at times they had to be on top of the A/C in order to get parts in the back of the unit. I admire their cheerful and professional approach to their job in this terrible heat.

As I indicated to you on the phone, here’s the results of our savings since the installation of the Goodman system, specifically from June 16, 2009 thru July 16, 2010. Our electric bill went from $239.00 for the same period last year to $93.05 for this year which is a savings of $145.95. I would recommend this system to anyone as out total savings year to date has been over $300.00 compared to last year. At this rate we expect to pay for the system in probably two years. The system itself is extremely quiet and when it runs it seems it only does for 5 to 10 minutes at most. We have the cooling temperature set to 78 degrees and the house is very cool. If you need a recommendation feel free to call and I’ll even provide a copy of our electric bills. And yes my wife finally agrees with my choice of systems.
